Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or closely related discipline (e.g., Nutrition, Chemistry, Toxicology).
• 0–2 years of regulatory experience, food/beverage regulated products preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations relevant to food industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product, ingredient, raw material, and finished goods specifications in company systems.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to assess ingredient specs and manage approvals and change processes.
• Complete finished product specifications with cross-functional teams during commercialization.
• Develop and maintain ingredient specifications in company software.
• Oversee regulatory review of marketing materials, labeling, and packaging for compliance.
