Job summary

Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, part of UW Medicine, seeks a Clinical Program Operations Manager of Regulatory Affairs. This 100% FTE, hybrid role supports accreditation, hospital licensure and health-regulation compliance across the organization.

You will lead regulatory projects, improve processes, and collaborate with senior leaders to deploy training and evaluate outcomes. Strong experience in inpatient acute or critical care required.

Qualifications

  • BA or BS in Nursing or equivalent field, with 6-8+ years of clinical experience.
  • Experience in inpatient acute or critical care settings.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve all Regulatory & Accrediting body program objectives and goals.
  • Improve departmental and intradepartmental processes and operational efficiencies as related to healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Develop projects related to process improvement (PI) and regulatory requirements with senior leadership and staff.
  • Monitors and audits hospital wide performance on all Regulatory & Accrediting body requirements at the federal and state level.
