Land O’Frost is seeking a Manager, Corporate Regulatory Affairs to lead regulatory compliance and risk management across our food manufacturing organization. You will partner with R&D, Operations, Quality, and Food Safety to guide product launches, labeling approvals, and regulatory communications while upholding USDA meat and poultry requirements.

The role demands strong crisis management, audit oversight, and the ability to translate complex regulations into practical processes.

Competenze

• 5+ years of USDA regulatory experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of USDA meat and poultry regulations.
• Experience managing labeling requirements and submissions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional regulatory efforts.

Mansioni

• Provide regulatory guidance for new product launches and existing products across Land O’Frost, customers, and co-manufacturers
• Lead crisis management oversight, including mitigation planning and execution
• Serve as regulatory liaison for withdrawals and recalls, ensuring proper documentation and verification of corrective actions
• Identify and manage product risks in collaboration with Food Safety, including root cause analysis and mitigation strategies
• Direct and oversee FSIS regulatory compliance for labeling, raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and specifications
• Manage USDA label submissions, including generic approvals
• Review and approve label graphics and packaging artwork
• Deliver training on label review and approval processes

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety or Regulatory Compliance, Agriculture, or related field

HACCP Certification
