BD is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Strategist focused on Digitalization for Advertising & Promotion. The role oversees global digital platforms, ensures regulatory alignment, and partners with process owners, IT, and business units to implement scalable, compliant digital capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, technology, health-related, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, digital/technology, business systems, or a related function.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting, implementing, or managing business systems within a regulated environment.

Responsabilités

• Own Global Ad/Promo Digital Platforms for Regulatory Affairs, including operations, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.
• Translate global policies into scalable system requirements, workflows, and digital capabilities.
• Manage platform roadmap and drive AI-enabled capabilities, automation, reporting, integration, data quality, and user experience.
• Lead release and change management, evaluating vendor releases and planning changes with validation controls.
• Lead business requirements gathering across Central, BU, and Regions.
