Job summary

BD is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager, Globalization to align and execute worldwide regulatory strategies across BUs, regions, and central teams. The role requires leading a diverse team and coaching staff, with the location at our Franklin Lakes, NJ headquarters and significant travel.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in Regulatory Affairs, 5+ years in leadership, and a global mindset to drive BD’s regulatory strategy and market access initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or technology required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized regulatory intelligence and governance for global product registrations.
• Own and standardize global regulatory registration processes for consistency and efficiency.
• Partner with Business Units and regional leads to execute regulatory strategies.
• Coordinate across RA teams to harmonize processes and communicate plans.
• Train and manage a high-performing regulatory team and mentor staff.
