Job summary

BD is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager, Globalization in Franklin Lakes, NJ. The role leads global regulatory strategies, coordinates across business units and regions, and develops a capable regulatory team to enable compliant growth and market access.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in science/engineering, 8+ years in Regulatory Affairs, and 5+ years of leadership. RAC and advanced degrees are preferred. Travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or technology required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized regulatory intelligence and governance for global product registrations.
• Own and standardize global regulatory registration processes across regions.
• Partner with Business Units and Regional leaders to align regulatory strategies.
• Coordinate across Business Units, Regions, and Central RA to improve processes.
• Develop and manage a high-performing regulatory team and cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist in creating risk mitigation plans for regulatory activities.
• Identify common pain points and drive solutions with RA teams.
• Drive BD’s global regulatory strategy and monitor policy topics.
