Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Manager, Regulatory Information & Content Management to lead the global strategy for regulatory information, content governance, and digital platforms. You will drive lifecycle management, integration with business units and regions, and the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities while maintaining quality and compliance.

This role partners with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and technology teams to advance the Digital RA roadmap and deliver measurable improvements in regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; field related to science, engineering, information management, business, or similar.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, regulatory operations, information/content management, digital technology, or related areas.
• Experience leading Regulatory Information Management, content management, document and submission management in a regulated environment.
• Experience leading and developing globally distributed teams and partnering with technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for global regulatory information, content, and digital platforms.
• Align regulatory information management priorities with the broader Digital RA strategy.
• Translate strategy into prioritized global capabilities and initiatives across regions and business units.
• Lead portfolio of RIM, content management, document and submission management initiatives.
• Develop business cases and roadmaps; own platform governance and lifecycle management.
• Establish governance, ownership, and performance measures for assigned platforms and capabilities.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with regulatory, quality, business units, and regions to improve information governance.
• Define measurable goals and monitor platform adoption, data quality, and business value.
• Lead platform optimization to improve flexibility, scalability, and integration across systems.
• Define global strategy and future-state model for regulatory information and content lifecycle.
• Arrange architecture, taxonomy, metadata, and ownership to enable content discovery and reuse.
• Enable AI-ready regulatory information capabilities with governance and compliance controls.
• Ensure SDLC governance, validation, and CSV alignment for regulatory platforms.
