Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Regulatory Affairs professional to coordinate organization-wide activities, ensuring readiness for surveys by agencies such as NJ Department of Health, CMS, and DNV. You will prepare responses to reports, lead improvement plans, and support policy maintenance across departments.

Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with an MSN preferred, and at least two years in regulatory affairs. NJ/PA RN licenses are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; MSN in Nursing, Education, or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience in regulatory affairs.
• RN license in NJ or PA.
• Knowledge of DNV, CMS, and NJ/PA Health Department standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organization-wide regulatory activities with external bodies (DNV, NJ/PA CMS).
• Assist with survey readiness and action plans for improvements.
• Develop responses to regulatory reports, citations, and required improvements.
• Support Policy, Procedure, and Forms Committee in publishing final policies and forms.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and implement process changes.
• Coordinate data collection and submission for Regulatory Affairs Committee.
