Capital Health is seeking a Regulatory Affairs professional to coordinate regulatory surveys, monitor compliance, and support accreditation activities across NJ and PA. You will prepare responses, track action items, and work with policy owners to maintain updated procedures and forms.

The role requires a BSN with 2 years in regulatory affairs, plus RN licensure in NJ/PA. Proficiency in PolicyStat and MS Office is expected, with strong communication and project coordination skills.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN or related field preferred.
• Two years in regulatory affairs.
• RN license in NJ and PA.
• Knowledge of DNV, CMS, NJ/PA DOH standards; ability to analyze data and prepare reports.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate regulatory surveys with NJ/PA DOH and DNV; align with department heads for accreditations.
• Submit Novi Surveys to the Department of Health.
• Ensure ongoing readiness for regulatory standards compliance.
• Develop responses to regulatory reports and improvement actions.
