Job summary

ITW Car Care seeks a Regulatory Affairs Associate to support product compliance across EHS, QA, R&D, and supply chain. Located in Lakeland, FL, this role collaborates with Regulatory Affairs, Product Development, Marketing, and Operations to assess regulatory requirements and maintain documentation.

The candidate will monitor regulations, prepare regulatory submissions, maintain SDSs/labels, and participate in audits while partnering with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline required.
• 1-3 years of experience in Product Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs, EHS, Product Compliance, Quality, or related field preferred.
• Internship or co-op experience in regulatory compliance or chemical management may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global, federal, state, and local regulations impacting products and raw materials.
• Maintain regulatory databases and compliance records.
• Assist in preparing regulatory submissions, notifications, and registrations as required.
• Create, review, and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) and product labels.
