Job summary

Hader Solutions in Boston seeks a strategic US regulatory leader responsible for advertising, promotional materials, scientific messaging, and external communications that support product launches and lifecycle management. You will lead reviews, manage MLR discussions, and serve as the primary FDA/OPDP contact to ensure compliant communications across HCP, DTC, payer, digital, and patient channels.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership and a solid grasp of regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Strong understanding of US regulatory requirements governing advertising and promotional practices.
Proven ability to lead regulatory reviews and coordinate MLR discussions.
Experience interacting with FDA/OPDP on communications and promotional compliance.
Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
Solid grasp of scientific messaging principles and compliant external communications.

Responsibilities

Lead reviews of promotional materials and manage Medical/Regulatory (MLR) discussions.
Serve as the primary contact for FDA/OPDP interactions related to compliant communications.
Advise and guide cross-functional teams to ensure communications are compliant across HCP, DTC, payer, digital, and patient channels.
Ensure messaging supports consistent, legally compliant marketing and scientific communications.
