Job summary

Lundbeck is recruiting a Senior Manager for Regulatory Promotional Compliance & Scientific Messaging to support US product communications. You will partner with Commercial, Medical, Legal, and cross-functional teams to ensure FDA-compliant advertising and promotion for DTC channels.

The role emphasizes consumer campaigns, digital and social media, patient materials, and scientific messaging, with involvement in HCP communications and lifecycle activities. Boston location preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Regulatory Affairs or related area in pharma/biotech.
• Knowledge of US FDA promotional requirements and guidance documents.
• Experience reviewing consumer-facing materials and developing regulatory positions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as US Regulatory Affairs advertising and promotion partner for DTC and non-DTC materials.
• Review materials for FDA compliance and labeling consistency.
• Provide regulatory guidance early in DTC concepts and campaigns.
• Support HCP communications and scientific exchange activities as needed.
• Contribute to launch planning and lifecycle management from a regulatory lens.
• Monitor regulatory environment and communicate implications to stakeholders.
• Improve review processes through cross-functional collaboration.
