Job summary

Lundbeck seeks a Senior Manager Regulatory Advertising Promotion & Scientific Messaging to lead regulatory advertising and promotional support for US products in Boston, MA. You will partner with Commercial, Medical, Legal, and cross-functional teams to ensure FDA-compliant consumer communications, campaigns, and messaging across DTC channels.

You will guide regulatory strategy for DTC concepts, provide risk assessments, and contribute to launch and lifecycle activities while supporting HCP

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within pharma/biotech.
• 2 years of direct advertising and promotion experience.
• Working knowledge of US FDA advertising and promotion requirements.
• Ability to review consumer-facing claims and supporting evidence.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and risk communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a US Regulatory Affairs advertising and promotion partner for DTC materials.
• Review materials for accuracy, labeling consistency, and FDA compliance.
• Represent Regulatory perspective in Medical, Legal and Regulatory reviews.
• Provide regulatory guidance early in DTC concepts and campaigns.
• Support launch planning and lifecycle management activities.
