Qualifications

• Three years of experience in the application and/or enforcement of State rules regulating motor carriers or public utilities or in law enforcement.
• Six years of full-time work experience in any field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for the Transportation Division, providing clerical and administrative support.
• Perform clerical enforcement duties for common carriers of transporting household goods, waste, passengers, and non-consensual towing.
• Follow policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.
