Job summary

KKR seeks an experienced Regulated Financial Reporting Actuary to lead regulatory communications for its insurance entities and serve as the Appointed Actuary for several entities. The role requires signing SAOs, evaluating reserves, and ensuring NAIC compliance.

The candidate will collaborate with risk, finance, and investment teams to support strategy, M&A due diligence, and solvency assessments across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or related quantitative field.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) required.
• Member in good standing of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).
• Must meet qualification standards to sign Statements of Actuarial Opinion under NAIC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory communications for designated insurance entities.
• Sign the annual SAO on reserves and prepare AOS documentation.
• Ensure NAIC and state compliance for regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulators during reviews.
