Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Assembly Inspector for 1st shift in Wisconsin to perform assembly inspection of regulators and monitor quality standards across locations in our assembly plants.

You will visually inspect units, decals, and paint mileage, document inspection results, and ensure conformance to established procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year manufacturing experience; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection on interior and exterior of units.
• Inspect decals and stencils and conduct paint mileage checks as required.
• Complete inspection forms and document results per procedures.
• Monitor conformance to quality standards throughout assembly.
