• Oversee day‑to‑day technology operations, health monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Maintain on‑call rotations and incident‑response runbooks.
• Administer the change advisory board and ensure changes are documented and reversible.
• Lead resilience testing, BCP/DR exercises, and regulatory testing programs.
