The role emphasizes practical Python development, unit testing, and adherence to best practices such as TDD, with occasional travel and a requirement to work from our London office when needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' Python development experience.
• Experience collaborating with Git/GitHub or GitLab.
• Experience working with non-technical stakeholders and ambiguity.
• Experience with unit tests and testing best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead architecture, development and expansion of our regulatory portfolio.
• Contribute to the delivery of our product roadmap and ship code for customers.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Analysts.
• Grow coding skills and domain knowledge within the portfolio.
• Promote best practices like TDD and code analysis while considering performance and security.
