Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Software Engineer for a remote-friendly, UK-based team operating across Europe. The role focuses on shipping web apps with React or Vue, designing APIs in Python or Kotlin, and owning end-to-end features for a global audience.

You will break complex work into tasks, collaborate with product, design and analytics, monitor operational health, and engage in growth through interview participation and cross-team initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience shipping web apps with declarative UI frameworks (React or Vue).
• Experience designing, developing and launching APIs at scale (Python or Kotlin).
• Ability to break down problems and write clear, testable, extensible code.
• Strong collaboration, feedback and code-review skills.

Responsibilities

• Break down large projects into tasks and deliver in phases.
• Collaborate with product management, design and analytics to align on constraints and risks.
• Support operations by creating metrics and participating in on-call work.
