CoxHealth is seeking a Registration Specialist II to assist patients with on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits. You will collect demographic and insurance information and handle patient financial obligations at the point of service.

Some travel between CoxHealth sites may be required. The role emphasizes professional, friendly interactions with patients and staff, with the possibility of extended hours based on department needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1–2 years of registration experience preferred.
• Proficient in using computers and computer systems; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival process for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Complete financial clearance functions and collect accurate demographic/insurance information.
• Provide professional, friendly service and support to patients and team members; may travel between sites.
