Job summary

Avita Health System in Ontario, OH is seeking a dedicated Registration Representative to support patient admissions and outpatient testing. This Regular Part-Time role focuses on accurate data collection, courteous service, and smooth intake processes at the Ontario location.

You will interview patients or their representatives, enter admission information into the computer system, and coordinate with ancillary departments, while contributing to CQI activities and a supportive patient-first

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience dealing with customers.

We’re currently seeking a dedicated Registration Representative to join our RegistrationDepartment at our Ontario location.

Position Overview

Arranges for the efficient and orderly admission of inpatients and admission of individuals who have hospital based outpatient testing or procedures. Ensures that the patient information is collected and that patients are aware of hospital policies and procedures. Interviews incoming patient or representatives and enters information required for admission into computer database. Distributes appropriate information to ancillary departments. Participates in performance improvement and CQI activities.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience dealing with customers.
