Job summary

Saint Peter’s Healthcare System in New Jersey seeks a Registration Representative for Internal Medicine-How Lane in New Brunswick. The role includes identifying primary and secondary payers, determining if services are in or out of network, and meeting third-party payer requirements such as precertification, referrals, or authorizations.

Qualifications

• Medical terminology knowledge is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• ICD coding experience is desirable.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

The Registration Representative will:

Requirements:

• Medical Terminology required
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• ICD coding experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of third party payer, federal and state regulations desired
• Highly motivated
• Enthusiastic team player

Salary Range: 17.30 - 23.36 USD

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
