Job summary

Northridge Surgery Center invites applications for a Registration Clerk to be the first point of contact for patients and families. The role focuses on accurate registration, insurance verification, and friendly service in a new state-of-the-art center.

Excellent communication, organizational skills, and computer data entry abilities are essential. The position offers a stable schedule with no weekends, no holidays, and no on-call requirements, reflecting a patient‑centered outpatient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Previous front desk/registration experience in a healthcare setting is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance verification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families and register them for procedures.
• Verify insurance and collect required information.
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with clinical staff.

Registration Clerk at Northridge Surgery Center

As a Registrar, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and their families. Your role is instrumental in creating a positive impression and ensuring that all administrative tasks are efficiently managed. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
