United Surgical Partners International (USPI) seeks a Full-Time Registration Coordinator for Des Peres Square Surgery Center in Des Peres, Missouri. You will admit patients, process paperwork, update demographics, and manage billing documentation. Hours are 4:30 a.m.

to 1:00 p.m., weekdays with some evenings. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1 year of relevant experience or medical terminology familiarity, and good communication.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment used to fulfill job duties.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
• Bilingual preferred.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Admit patients and process their paperwork.
• Update patient demographics/information in the system.
• Collect monies due and document in the billing system; handle funds per office procedure.
• Cross training for other Business Office positions a possibility.
• Weekdays only—no holidays or weekends; some later evenings required.

As a Registration Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth office operations. Hours for this role are 4:30 a.m.- 1:00 p.m.

The Registration Coordinator interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff. Admit patients and process their paperwork. Update patient demographics/information in system. Collect monies due and document in billing system. Handle funds per office procedure. You have the opportunity to meet new people and build professional relationships with physician offices. Cross training for other Business Office positions a possibility. Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays or weekends. Some later evenings required.
