Job summary

HID Global in Salt Lake City, Utah is seeking a Registration Analyst to ensure secure receipt, thorough verification, and accurate processing of certificate applications. You will review submissions in the web system, perform Identification & Authentication (I&A) checks, and match documents to pending requests.

You will handle notarized forms, maintain records, meet productivity targets, contact customers to resolve discrepancies, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service background.
• Ability to securely handle sensitive and confidential customer data.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1-3 years of customer service and/or administrative office experience.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows operating systems.
• Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
• Additional experience in verification, authentication, or identity-related processes is preferred.
• Experience handling sensitive documents or regulated customer data is preferred.
• Familiarity with certificate authorities, digital identity concepts, or compliance requirements is preferred.
• Experience working in high-volume processing or productivity-driven environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform Identification & Authentication checks at required levels.
• Process incoming mail and match documents to pending applications, including notarized forms and disputes.
• Review notarized documentation for completeness and verify notary validity.
• Record and maintain certificate applications, agreements, exceptions, revocations, disputes, and customer files.
• Meet productivity targets and communicate discrepancies to customers.
• Participate in goal-setting, performance evaluations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
