Responsibilities

• Supervises daily department operations and directs work teams for accuracy and efficiency.
• Manages staffing levels and timekeeping; supports training and performance development.
• Maintains high levels of patient service and coordinates with physician offices and hospital referral coordinators.
• Ensures compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and collects and analyzes production and quality data.
