The Registrar’s Office provides support services to students, faculty, staff and other constituents in the areas of academic advising support programs, course scheduling, enrollment, degree verification, transfer articulation, test credit, athletic certification and maintenance of student academic records, as well as handles state and federal reporting. This position supports certifications and degree conferral and is responsible for the maintenance and coordination of student records within various software platforms and student information systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of academic data. This role requires direct interaction with students, former students, faculty, and staff, processing data-driven requests, and ensuring compliance with a range of institutional, state, and federal regulations.
Associate’s degree and one year of office administration experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Skill in telephone etiquette and courteous communication with the public, verbally and in writing. Ability to evaluate facts or situations to route calls/customers appropriately. Strong customer service skills. Basic MS Office skills. Skill in the operation of a variety of office machines including personal computers, telephones and copiers, filing and recordkeeping, English composition, grammar, spelling and punctuation, and basic math. Knowledge of standard office policies and procedures.

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with some overtime.
