Responsibilities

1. Perform accurate front desk workflows, including patient registration, scheduling, phone triage, cash handling, check-in/check-out, while maintaining professional customer service.
2. Manage front office operations, register patients, maintain knowledge of insurance and billing requirements, collect copays, and attempt to collect outstanding debts.
3. Pre-register patients as needed, ensure current patient forms, and assist with scheduling appointments.
4. Provide excellent customer care, conduct appointment reminder calls, and triage phone messages.
5. Handle administrative duties, manage office supplies, and maintain a professional work environment.
6. Manage patient flow in collaboration with staff and providers.
7. Balance cash drawer and petty cash, and complete daily financial procedures.

Minimum Education

High school diploma or GED.
