The Registrar will support operations at Holloman AFB, March ARB, and Hancock Field ANGB. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate student records, coordinating with military agencies, and serving as the main contact for student inquiries from arrival to post-training.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain daily updates of the Programmed Flight Training (PFT) class status, tracking student progress.
2. Manage FTU course schedules, including additions, overages, and updates to leadership.
3. Complete AF Form 475 and route training reports per DAFI 36-2406.
4. Update student contact info and emergency data forms.
5. Manage squadron in/out-processing checklists.
6. Collaborate with CWD and training offices to ensure courseware availability.
7. (Hancock-only) Ensure student enrollment in courses, verify prerequisites, and coordinate with units.
8. (Hancock-only) Input and maintain student data in LMS/GTIMS/PEX.
9. (Hancock-only) Coordinate paperwork and accounts for student processing.
10. (Hancock-only) Distribute and collect publications, equipment, and courseware.
11. Maintain compliance with security clearance requirements (Secret clearance).
12. Proven experience in managing student records in a military or similar setting.
13. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
14. Excellent communication skills for interacting with students and military agencies.
15. Accurate data entry in LMS, GTIMS, and PEX systems.
16. Familiarity with AF Form 475 and related documentation.
17. Manage student in/out-processing to meet all requirements.
