Job summary

Community Home Health Care & CIHC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits, PRN or part-time. You will provide focused, one-on-one nursing care in clients' homes with flexible scheduling and competitive per-visit pay.

The role requires an active RN license, reliable transportation, and strong clinical judgment. Training is available for home health experience, and you will collaborate with a supportive clinical team.
