Qualifications

• Licensed RVT with 1–2 years experience.
• Experience in surgical prep and monitoring.
• Dental procedures including imaging, scaling, polishing.
• Strong client communication and education.
• Accurate record keeping and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and multi-line phones.
• Ability to restrain cats and dogs of various sizes.
• Knowledge of sanitary protocols and pharmacy duties.
• Experience with sample collection and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Examinations and records review to determine animal requirements.
• Administer meds, vaccines, and wound care; monitor vital signs.
• Assist veterinarians during exams and surgeries with needed supplies.
• Maintain medical records and clear documentation.
• Communicate with pet owners about patient status and care plans.
