Job summary

Carolina Ranch Animal Hospital in Garner, NC is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our experienced medical team. This full-time role offers four 10-hour shifts, growth opportunities, and a collaborative environment focused on high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds an active RVT/LVT/CVT credential with at least one year of clinical experience and is confident monitoring anesthesia and performing dental procedures. Cornerstone/IDEXX experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RVT/LVT/CVT credential required.
• At least one year of clinical veterinary technician experience.
• Confident monitoring anesthesia and performing dental procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Cornerstone and/or IDEXX preferred but not required.
• Emergency or specialty experience welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with soft tissue surgeries and dental procedures
• Monitor anesthesia and ensure safe patient recovery
• Obtain high-quality dental radiographs
• Perform laboratory sample collection, treatments, and nursing care
• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation
• Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, and home care
• Assist with hospitalized and boarding patient care when needed
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient treatment area
• Support and mentor newer team members as the hospital grows

What You'll Do

Schedule
