Sanford Animal Hospital in Sanford, NC is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician or Experienced Assistant for a full-time role (part-time considered for the right candidate).

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Registered Veterinary Technician license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong technical and clinical skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with EzyVet or similar practice management software is a plus.
• Passion for providing exceptional veterinary care.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
• Take and process diagnostic radiographs.
• Perform dental cleanings and assist with dental procedures.
• Run in-house laboratory testing and diagnostics.
• Monitor hospitalized patients and provide compassionate nursing care.
• Maintain accurate medical records using EzyVet.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and teammates.
• Support efficient hospital workflow while delivering exceptional patient care.
