• Completion of a two-year or four-year AVMA accredited program.
• 1-2 years of experience in a high volume clinic setting.

Responsibilities

Here is What Your day May Consist of :

• Proficient in Intravenous catheter placement and venipuncture
• Assists with radiographic procedures
• Perform diagnostic blood, urine, and fecal testing
• Provide care to hospitalized patients
• Client communication and education
• Admitting and discharging patients
• Proficient in triage and emergency medicine

Here is What You Will Bring to the Position :

• Completion of a two-year or four-year American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) accredited program from a community college, college, or university
• At least 1-2 years of on the job experience in a high volume clinic setting
• Open to general practice, emergency and specialty experience
