Job summary

Big Creek Veterinary Hospital is seeking a licensed veterinary technician to join our team. You will assist veterinarians with examinations, treatments, and procedures, monitor anesthesia, and support surgical and dental procedures.

You will obtain blood samples, place catheters, and administer treatments as directed, while educating clients on treatment plans and preventive care. You’ll help maintain medical records and collaborate with doctors to ensure excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician with CVT, RVT, or LVT credentials.
• Strong technical and nursing skills required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians with examinations, treatments, and procedures.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Experience with anesthesia monitoring and dentistry

• Experience in a fast-paced veterinary practice

Schedule

• Full-time
• Day shift
• 8–10-hour shifts
• Rotating weekends

Compensation

$16.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience and role alignment.
