Job summary

Riverside Drive Animal Care Center in Dublin, OH, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our busy, 7-doctor practice. You’ll assist veterinarians, help manage patient flow, and engage with clients about pet health and Thrive Membership options.

The ideal candidate holds RVT licensure (or pending) and has 1–2 years of clinical experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are available.

• RVT licensure required or pending licensure.
• 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

• Flexible schedule to meet practice needs.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians to ensure quality veterinary care, advocate for pets, and educate clients.
• Assist veterinarians and the medical team to maximize productivity and maintain positive patient flow.
• Assist with surgeries and procedures in accordance with your state's Veterinary Practice Act for credentialed technicians.
• Communicate with clients about pet health concerns and Thrive Membership options, medications, and treatments.
• Maintain comprehensive medical records with practice systems support.
• Obtain health history from clients and maintain medical charts.
