Qualifications

• Experience restraining small animals and handling injections.
• Knowledge of equipment used in VTH (diagnostic lab equipment, ECG, etc.).
• Ability to lift animals weighing 50 pounds or greater onto exam tables and into elevated cages.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assistance to professional staff.
• Perform treatments to patients admitted to the Veterinary Teaching Hospital (VTH).
• Participate in one-on-one training of veterinary students and work with veterinary specialists.
