Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Registered Vascular Technologist in Chicago, IL, to perform a full range of vascular and neurovascular procedures, ensuring clinically acceptable quality. The ideal candidate must possess an RVT License and CPR BLS certification, with 3 years of experience as a Vascular Technologist, or a relevant Associate's Degree. Preferred qualifications include 5 years of experience and CPR-ACLS certification.
The role involves maintaining exam rooms, coordinating with clinical staff, and participating in quality assurance programs.
Registered Vascular Technologist reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
Registered Vascular Technologist functions as a vascular/neurovascular ultra-sonographer. The technologist is responsible for performing the full range of clinically acceptable vascular/neurovascular procedures, which are of consistently acceptable quality as defined by department quality assurance criteria.
