Job summary

Cinterra, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Apprentice for the Blue Rock Solar Project in Virginia. This four-year registered program combines classroom learning with real on-site training to prepare you for journeyworker certification.

You will support electricians, read blueprints, and contribute to safe, efficient solar installations. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED (preferred), be at least 18, eligible to work in the United States, and willing to travel and work long hours,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel full-time and work long hours, including weekends.
• Experience reading and interpreting plans is preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisors with electrical installations.
• Support site logistics and material handling.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
