Job summary

The Village at Rockville is seeking a Part Time RN Charge Nurse for night shifts to lead a dedicated nursing team and ensure the highest standard of resident care in a supportive environment.

You will mentor staff, oversee daily nursing operations, and collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes while navigating EMR systems and ensuring compliance with COMAR and CMS guidelines.

Qualifications

• In-state RN license in good standing.
• Proficiency in medication and treatment administration.
