Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate of an AMA approved Respiratory Care program.
- Associate degree.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all clinical aspects of Respiratory Care.
- NJ Registered Respiratory Therapist Certificate.
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support (HCP) Certification.
- NJ Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
Responsibilities
- Assists in diagnosis, treatment, and management of pulmonary disorders per physician prescription.
- Performs cardiopulmonary evaluation and education to patients and families.
- Records data and responses in EPIC EMR system.
- Monitors and operates invasive and non-invasive respiratory equipment.
- Oversees clinical performance of Certified Respiratory Care Technicians.
- Performs changes to ventilators and related circuits per policy.
