Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist, Adult
• Experience: 2 years
• Licenses: RT‐MA
• Certifications: ACLS‐AHA (Copy Needed), BLS‐AHA (Copy Needed), RRT‐NBRC (Copy Needed)
• SSN and DOB required
• References: 1 reference in entire work history
