Required Qualifications:

1. Registered Respiratory Therapist, Adult
2. Experience: 1 year
3. Licenses: RT‐TX (Copy needed)
4. Certifications: RRT‐NBRC (Copy Needed); BLS‐AHA (Copy Needed)
5. SSN Required
6. DOB Required
7. Work History: No more than 90 days of gap in the last year
