Requirements:
- High school graduate, or equivalent (copy of academic degree or transcript will be upon hire if performing Moderate Complexity Testing).
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS).
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) card or must be obtained by the last day of the month after the 6-month grace period.
- American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nurses’ Association Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) card or must be obtained by the last day of the month after the 1 year grace period.
- American Academy of Pediatrics Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Provider card or must be obtained by the last day of the month after the 1-year grace period.
- Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist in the State of Oregon and Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- One or more years experience as a respiratory therapist in an acute hospital setting preferred.
