Job Description & Requirements

Position: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Start Date: ASAP

Available Shifts: 12 N

Pay Rate: $2115.55 - $2318.10

Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Provide respiratory therapy services across Toledo Market hospitals, including emergency airway management, extubation, tracheotomies, and airway assessments.
2. Operate ventilators and perform patient assessments, arterial punctures, and drug administration related to respiratory care.
3. Maintain active licensure and certifications as per state and hospital requirements.
4. Collaborate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ensure compliance with healthcare provider status in BLS and NRP (if working in NICU).
6. Meet all minimum qualifications including 2 years of experience, valid Ohio RT license, and necessary certifications.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist, Adult
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Ohio RT license
• Certifications: RRT, ACLS, BLS (copies required)
• SSN and DOB required
• No more than 30 days gap in work history within the last year
• Two references required
