Qualifications

• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory care in accordance with Illinois RT Practice Act.
• Deliver treatments including aerosolized meds, oxygen, airway clearance, and gas administration.
• Initiate and monitor mechanical ventilation and advanced modes as appropriate.
• Serve as primary airway manager during emergencies and rapid responses.
• Assess patients and adjust therapies based on clinical response.
• Document care per regulatory and Medicare standards.
