Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Respiratory Care from COARC accredited program.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care preferred.
• Maryland license to practice respiratory care required.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, assesses and recommends interventions for patients with cardiopulmonary issues.
• Proficient in administering therapies: medical gas, humidity, aerosol, hyperinflation, bronchial hygiene.
• Manages invasive and non-invasive ventilation as needed.
• Collaborates with healthcare teams to implement multidisciplinary care plans.
• Supports emergency care and patient safety as assigned.

Work Experience: Professional Background:

Entry-level to advanced position with demonstrated and documented clinical and operational systems competency in a comparable RCS division.

Salary Range: Minimum 34.62/hour - Maximum 57.19/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
