Job summary

Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell, MT is hiring Respiratory Therapists for our inpatient team. Night shifts are 12 hours; full-time, 36 hours per week. The role includes providing high-quality care in a trauma-center setting across CCU/ICU, PICU, NICU, ER, and med/surg, with opportunities for CEUs and mentorship.

We offer sign-on bonuses up to $10,000, shift differentials, certification pay, and comprehensive benefits, plus relocation assistance for qualified external candidates.

Qualifications

• Must hold Montana RCP license or obtain prior to hire.
• BQSL/RQI (BLS) certification within 7 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality respiratory care to inpatients in a designated trauma center.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across CCU/ICU, ER, and med/surg units.
• Support ongoing professional growth with CEUs and certification opportunities.

What you’ll need to have:

• Current Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required (or obtained prior to hire date)
• Minimum of one (1) of the following required:
• RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required.
• ALC (ACLS) within 6 months of hire/transfer, required.
• PALS within 6 months of hire/transfer, required.

Shift:

Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule: Full-time 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
