Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Full-time Registered Respiratory Therapist to assess patient respiratory needs, plan and execute treatments, and ensure high quality care in a clinical setting.

The role involves daily patient assessments, administration of therapies, ventilator management, and collaboration with medical teams to follow evidence-based protocols for safe, effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program (required).
• Experience with ventilator management, airway care, and patient assessment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adhere to regulatory and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments and establish care plans.
• Administer therapies including aerosolized medications, oxygen, and secretion management.
• Manage mechanical ventilators and assist with airway management in emergent situations.
• Provide patient and family education on disease management.
• Assist with intra-hospital transport and procedural support such as fiberoptic bronchoscopy.
• Collect and analyze arterial blood gases, maintain patient confidentiality, and adhere to safety standards.
• Collaborate with medical teams and follow evidence-based practices and protocols.
