Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program (required).
• Ability to perform and document assessments and therapeutic procedures accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments and establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer and document therapeutic modalities such as aerosolized medications, oxygen therapy, secretion management, and assist with artificial airway care.
• Manage mechanical ventilators, including conventional and high-frequency devices, following protocols.
• Provide patient and family education on disease management.
• Assist with intra-hospital transport and acute airway management during emergencies.
• Collect blood gases, process samples, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Support medical procedures like bronchoscopy and invasive line placement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
